An overview of Valkence

We’re a premium gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle organization focused on putting our talents first and driving both the organization and everyone onboard forward. We're huge on being a family with our talents and so we have that vibe throughout everything we do and operate as that, as a family, creating content and growing together whilst building up everyone’s individual brands.

We were the first ever multi-talent organization in our spaces, having talents onboard the team that stream, run podcasts, make music, and more. We also have lots of rapidly-growing ventures under us such as Valkence Apparel, Valkence eSports, and Riveara, and we’re working on lots of other huge ventures behind the scenes which you would get to be involved in the creation of.

Bringing your podcast under Valkence's podcast brand, Valkence Studios

Collaborating with Valkence and bringing your show onboard our podcast branch, Valkence Studios, means that we would be working alongside you to power your show and have it apart of the Valkence Studios collective of podcasts. Having your show apart of Valkence Studios provides many opportunities, including:

1. Community Integration: By having your show apart of Valkence, it'll be an integral part of our organization and a show under our Valkence Studios podcast branch. We'll be driving exposure to it from our own growing community and our family of talents and their communities, which currently sit at over 1.5M+ combined followers and rising rapidly. Our talents mostly consist of content creators (Streamers, YouTuber's, TikTok'ers, etc) who are able to drive traffic very easily to your show. As we act as a family at Valkence, everyone is extremely supportive of one another and pushes each other constantly, creating a consistent growing effect throughout the entire organization. 

2. Content: We would be able to produce moments, clips, highlights, and more for your show which could be uploaded to both your own platforms as well as Valkence's. 

3. Merchandising: Merch, of course, is a vital contributer to revenue and driving community closeness for a podcast. We run Riveara, a premier merchandise platform for creators, and will be able to provide products for your show. We are able to take care of the entirety of your merch operations, all the way from the product design to the items being delivered to listeners doors. 

4. Brand Deals and Opportunities: We're very well-connected, actively work with numerous brands, and have a lot of well-established partnerships which can be explored at Valkence.com/brands. Having your podcast be apart of Valkence means that we'll be able to drive brand deals, partnership opportunities, and other monetization possibilities for your show. We'll take the weight of partnership operations off you and leverage our network to drive new opportunities for the show.

5. Platform Flexibility: We can keep your podcast as it is now or seamlessly bring the show under Valkence Studios on channels such as YouTube and Spotify to provide more exposure to the show. We're happy to work either way on this.

6. Distribution Assistance: If you prefer to keep your podcast where it is, we're more than happy to assist with distribution, or if you'd rather stay in control of this, that is absolutely ok.

Valkence deal information

On the business and contract side of things, we would take zero earnings that you make from your podcast so you keep 100% of that, we ask only for 20% of any deals or sales (e.g. merch) that we bring to you and you keep the remaining 80%. This only applies to revenue that we bring to you, so anything you get yourself or you had before working with Valkence is fully yours.

Alongside the information stated above, you would be fully in control of your show and hold the ownership of it. As we grow together and we support your show overtime, we would like you to be open to the possibility of a percent of ownership in the podcast so that we are able to play a more impactful role with it, however, we would love to get going and roll with the terms stated in this section for some time first to show how much value there is in us powering your show and to get to work together for some time.

Our contracts are super simple and no lock-in, meaning you have the freedom to leave at any time should you ever feel that’s the right path for you.

Partnership summary

In summary, our partnership together would involve your show being apart of the Valkence Studios collective of podcasts and us powering your show through brand deals, merchandising, growth, and optionally distribution. We would push your show on our platforms, deliver on opportunities, and help get the podcast out there. You would keep all earnings made by yourself or prior to working together and we solely would take 20% of anything that we drive to the show ourselves. You keep control and ownership, with the possibility of discussing us having ownership in the show further down the line. You would be able to exit your show from us at anytime, if you feel that's right for you.
