To the first point regarding taxes and legal fees: The taxes part is explaining how if you are to be paid by us (or if you paid us for any reason) from a brand deal or some form of comission for example, we would each be responsible for our own legal costs such as taxes, VAT (if applicable), and costs of that nature. The shared or designated costs part of that is stating how if a legal situation were to be brought to either of us for say a piece of content we did together or anything, then it would be actioned depending on who was responsible for the scenarios involved.

The second point regarding departing: This expresses how you may depart from Valkence at anytime and we may depart you at anytime if either of us see reason to, however, 3 days of notice is (not required but) appreciated. Earnings remaining to be paid to you or us, if there are any, will be paid as soon as possible according to the splits stated on the contract.

The third point regarding contract termination and exceptions: If you are to depart from Valkence, the contract will be voided besides the Privacy and Content and Properties sections. Privacy remaining is to safeguard both of us and keep our confidential information that way permanently. Content and Properties is to ensure that if either of us use each others content, such as graphics or videos, we can maintain permission to use what we used whilst the contract was active.
